Q. Can I use my own logo on the socks?
A. Most logos we can use. Designs are knit into the sock so simple logos work best. Just email a .jpg of the logo to
info@spiritsocks.com and we will check to make sure your logo can be knit onto your sock.
Q. How will the logo and text be applied to my socks?
A. The logo, text, and stripes are knit directly into the sock. This is more comfortable for the person wearing the sock, more durable, and looks great.
Q. Do you have a minimum order?
A.Yes, there is a minimum order for socks is 12 pair per style and per size, and 6 per style for jerseys and shorts.
Q. Are there any set-up costs?
A. There are no additional charges for setup or design.
Q. Is there a shipping charge?
A. There is a flat rate shipping charge of $12.00 on any size sock order.
Q. How does the process work?
A. After you have placed your order, we will email a layout of the sock design for your approval. Once you approve the sock design layout, your order will be sent to the mill. Once the order is sent to the mill, no changes or modifications can be made.
Q. Once I place my order, can I cancel or change it?
A. No, once you have confirmed your sock design layout and the order is sent to the mill, it cannot be modified or canceled.
Q. Once I place my order how long will it be before I receive my product?
A. Shipping times will vary, but your order will be processed the day it is received. The socks are custom knit and often ship in as little as 10 business days.
Q. Where will the socks be shipped from?
A. The socks are made right here in the U.S.A. They will ship directly to you from the PearSox mill located in Pennsylvania.
Q. How do I pay for my order?
A. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover Card, American Express, PayPal, money orders, and group checks. 30 day terms are extended to public school and governmental organizations with purchase orders or administrative approval.
Q. Will you keep my order on file for easy reordering?
A. Yes, we maintain a file of your previous orders and of your sock design.
