  15. Where is SpiritSocks located?

1. How is my price determined?

Our pricing is determined by the style of sock you choose. The price includes any customization that can be done within our parameters. For example: All-Sport socks are $7.75 per pair no matter what text, logo, or stripes you choose.


2. Is there a set-up fee?

SpiritSocks does not charge any fees for set-up, custom logos, or designs on any sock order. However there is a $30 set up fee for headwear designs using a custom logo or font (examples on the site are standard 'non-custom' options)


3. Can I pay with a check or purchase order?

We accept all major credit cards, Paypal, checks, money orders, and public school/governmental purchase orders. Please reference your order number and email you purchase order to: info@SpiritSocks.com or fax it to 407-649-1810. With a public school/governmental purchase order, you will have 30 days to pay for the socks. At this time, we do not extend terms to private groups with a purchase order. If you would like to pay by check, SpiritSocks will need to receive the check and have the funds clear our bank, which normally takes 10-12 business days, before
your order is sent to the mill and production would begin on the custom socks.


4. How many do I have to order?

The minimum order is at least 12 pairs per size and design. You do not need to order in increments of 12, i.e. you may order 14,21, or 35 pairs of any size and design; We cannot knit less than 12 pairs of any size OR style.


5. How can I get help with my design?

Call our sock specialists at (888) 649-8013 Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm EST or email us at info@SpiritSocks.com at your convenience. We will usually respond that same business day.


6. Can I use my own logo on the socks?

Simply email a .jpg of the logo to info@spiritsocks.com for approval. Please be sure to include the style and size of sock on which you would like your logo. NOTE - Most custom logos we cannot implement. Our knitting machines use larger needle points that must follow a pixelated stitch pattern. This process makes for a nice quality sock, however it comes with limitations. Designs are knit into the sock so simple logos work best.


7. How will the logo and text be applied to my socks?

All of our socks are custom knit from scratch including logos, text, and stripes. Each element is knit directly into the sock as it is created, this is not an embroidery or screen printing process onto a finished product. Our knitting process makes for a high quality very durable athletic sock that looks great!


8. Can I get a sample before I order?

Yes for $5 (includes s/h). These are NOT customized samples with your design. You may request a single sample sock of any particular sock style, i.e. All-Sport, Crew Sock, etc. Please add any logo, striping, and coloring requests under "Order Instructions" inside the shopping cart. Samples are taken from overruns that were created from previous designs. We will do our best to find a sock that closely matches your requests (subject to availability) SpiritSocks can almost always have a sample to your door within a week via USPS.


9. What happens after I place my order?

Orders are usually processed and finalized within one business working day from submission. You will receive a confirmation email from SpiritSocks after your order has been finalized and sent into production. NOTE - Any order with special "Order Instructions" added to the shopping cart will not be processed until further verification is complete via email.


10. Can I change or cancel my order after it is placed?

Once your order is processed and finalized, you can no longer change, modify, or cancel the order. NOTE - To avoid immediate processing be sure to add any questions, concerns, or special instructions to the bottom of the shopping cart under "Order Instructions" Any order with special instructions will be held for further verification via email before finalizing.


11. When will I receive my order?

All custom orders are knit right here in the USA and require approximately 15 business days (three weeks) for production. Each order then ships upon completion directly from our mill in Pennsylvania via UPS ground transit. You may expedite transit to UPS 3 Day Select, or 2nd Day Air (with added costs), however this only speeds up transit, it will not speed up the production process (only recommended for Mid West and West Coast Customers)


12. Can I return or exchange my order?

All of the orders are custom knit. SpiritSocks does not accept returns or exchanges on socks. Items may only be returned in rare situations when and if they differ in style, color, logo, text and/or size than the original order instructions. To avoid confusion and ordering mistakes, please be sure to include any questions or concerns inside the shopping cart under "Order Instructions" - we will contact you via email for further verification before finalizing your order. IMPORTANT - Do NOT open all of your packaging and please Do NOT wear or use the socks for any activity. We cannot, under any circumstances, return used/worn socks!


13. What if I have a problem with my order?

Please contact us immediately within 24 hours of receiving your socks if you have a problem. You can reach us by email at info@SpiritSocks.com or call 888.649.8013 Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm EST. DO NOT take your socks out of the packaging (except to test a pair) and please do not wear your socks for any activity - we cannot help you if you use/wear your socks for an activity.

15. Where is Spirit Socks located?

Spirit Socks is located at 333 27th Street, Orlando, Florida 32806. All of the socks are made in the USA at the production mill in West Chester, Pennsylvania.
